Auto-dismiss contact details update pop-up (luxmed.pl) Chrome Extension

Automatically dismisses the annoying pop-up that prompts you to update your contact details every time you log in..

If you ever need to update your contact details while this extension is active you may do so in "Booking" > "Data and changing the password".

In future versions of this extension I might add the option to temporarily disable it.
