Blackboard Enhancement Suite Chrome Extension

Various layout and style changes intended to improve the usability of Blackboard.

version 1.3.0:

- A settings page has now been added to let you choose between making the "List View" or "Tree View" default in the Forum/Discussion page

- past courses (under My courses plus module) will be hidden from immediate sight and can be accessed by clicking the "show past courses" link
