Searches for images and iframes of common ad sizes and replaces them with a doge meme image.

This extension updates the DOM of every website where it finds an ad.
When you uninstall you may still have versions of those websites cached.
Clear you cache (CTRL + R or CMD + R) to confirm that it is removed.
