makes usability improvements to the istock my_uploads page for contributors..

Adds features to the istock contributors my_uploads family of pages: - change the size of thumbnails; - loupe similar to the one on the portfolio/search pages; - change the date format; - show details of the days sales and recent ELs; - mouse-over to show older sale details; - show age- and DL-breakdown graph of files; - hide columns that just add clutter to the page; - show your latest sale in the toolbar (and its latest el if it has one); - show your 10 latest sales in the toolbar loupe.

New in v1.0.15: - remove the "Loading..." indicator - the toolbar should update instantly; - if the latest sale has ever had an EL, show that in the toolbar also.

New in v1.0.16: - indicate when files that are locked for inspection.

New in v1.0.18: - option to not show the latest EL in the toolbar; - recognise the Value and Photo+ collections; - mark the Value collection with a grey photo canister; - show a collection analysis graph at the bottom of the my_uploads page; - load additional pages of regular sales details.
