It also asks for the permission to load the page https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin.

This is because when youre offline for over about 15 minutes and you try to access the above adsense page, google first refreshes your cookie, by redirecting you to this page for a second.

This extension does this in the background (loads this page so the cookie is refreshed).

No information is being accessed or gathered from this page - its just for refreshing the cookie.

You can test this yourself by not using AdSense for over 15 minutes and trying to access https://www.google.com/adsense/m/ - watch the address bar as for a second you will be redirected to https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin before going back to the correct address.
