V2MOM Aligner Tool 2017 Chrome Extension

Copy your manager's V2MOM and alter it o your V2MOM is better aligned with your manager's.

One of the fundamental principles of V2MOM is alignment across organization and the closer the alignment with your manager the better.

By clicking on the blue "Retrieve your managers V2MOM" button, you can get your managers data and you can selectively choose what you want transferred to your own V2MOM so you can modify it to suit your role.

Please note that the vision and values get overridden should you choose to copy from your Managers V2MOM and your Methods and Obstacles are "additive" in that they add to your existing methods and obstacles.

Metrics are not copied since they need to be linked to corresponding methods.
