When copying a numerical constant such as 6.0221415 x 10<sup>23</sup>, from Firefox, it will result in 6.0221415 x 1023 when pasted into a plain text editor. This extension prepends a power operator to the exponent such that the constant will instead paste as 6.0221415 x 10^23. rich text formatting is unchanged so this extension will not affect copying into a word processor.
