As Firefox 3 is shipped built-in full page zoom feature, this extension, from PageZoom 0.4.0, just works as a wrapper for built-in full page zoom feature with Firefox 3.
If you are still using firefox 2, this extension uses its own page zoom feature. In this way, it does not provide a high quality pagezoom like opera or IE7 does.
Any bug report or suggestion is always welcome.
