This extension brings the power and convenience of Salesforce1s Publisher, right into the browser! No longer will you need to open a salesforce.com page, just to send a post/poll/link. 

While browsing the web, simply click the icon in the upper right of Chrome to get started.

• Step 2: Now search for the Chrome Publisher for Salesforce in Chrome Webstore Search and click on the search button.
• Step 3: click on the Chrome Publisher for Salesforce Chrome Extension Link
• Step 4: in the next page click on the Add to Chrome button to Download and Install the Chrome Publisher for Salesforce extension for your Chrome Web browser .
