There are many situations where you want to copy the current URL to the clipboard, for example if you want to tell a friend about THAT awesome Amazon Sale ;) But so much web pages (like Ebay, Amazon, Facebook, YouTube and way more) are transporting more or less useless information using GET-Parameters. I am sure youll agree that this looks pretty messy. However, these long URLs are also a threat to your privacy because they contain the keywords you searched, a custom user id which could be used to identify you. This extension provides a simple way to get rid of these long URLs and protect your privacy. So how do you use it? Just navigate to a supported website, find the Clip.Net icon at the right edge of your address bar and click it! Clip.Net will automatically shorten the URL and copy it to your clipboard! Supported Websites are (currently): YouTube, Amazon, Ebay, Facebook And more to come! Well definitely add way more websites to this list in the future! Keep in mind that this is the very first release of the Clip.Net Web App ;) I really hope you enjoy this little extension. I do :P Oh, and please leave some feedback! I need to know how to make this little tool even more sexy :)
