Clicking on it will open a popup with a few penguins for you to scare, roll, move or love.

In case Flash is blocked, follow those instructions -
Go to chrome://settings/content/flash and click on 'ADD' next to 'Allow'.
Paste this -

Click on 'ADD'.
It should start working.
