INCREDIBLY simple app to (hopefully) rotate images in-place. Simply right-click on an image, and choose desired orientation in the menu. Doesnt always work but is dumb and (just about) functional. Just applies CSS `-webkit-transform: rotate(Xdeg)` where x is 0, 90, 180, or 270. Does not attempt to resize or re-centre or any other smarts
