 监听http和https请求.
当访问发生错误,并命中配置中的对应项目之后,会将访问的URL尝试加入到代理规则中并生成新的PAC脚本.

安装后默认使用SOCKS5 127.0.0.1:10086.
HTTP/HTTPS选择PROXY.
其余参见PAC脚本的对应规则.

如需调整,到chrome://extensions/ 下面找到此插件的选项,点击打开其设置页面.
