The motivation for the program is having been a part of leagues where commissioners will on occasion bench every teams players, in an effort to weed out managers who are not editing their line-ups.

An alternative to this approach might be to occasionally update every teams roster to ensure that every teams players are active, up to a certain period of time in the future.

Program will only run in the leagues for which your account is considered the Commissioner.
