Your document will be converted to a template, which will be indicated by a “T” on the icon next to the documents name.

To make a new document from your template, select the template, click “Create Form”, name your new document, and click OK. youll see the edits you included in your template on the document, and you can continue to fill the document as desired.

When youve finished editing, click “Done” to send, share, or save the document.

When you return to “My Documents”, youll see your new document, as well as your template which has not been modified.

To convert a template back to a regular document, simply select the template, click “More”, then click “Template”.
