A shortcut to chrome downloads.
This is just a shortcut to chrome downloads page.
When installed, it will add "Downloads" button to the toolbar.
Click the icon and youll open the "downloads" page.
Its just a shortcut, but still -- there are two options available: you can set the button to open the downloads page in new tab or in the current tab and, if you want, you can remove the shortcut from the context menu.
Downloads is deleted from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/. Previously it is on chrome store,its urls is https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/downloads/kmeimggcacadlbnpfccpndimcapidlcl
