If you click the extensions icon you can see a bigger picture.
=== How to use === 1) After downloading the app, the options page opens automatically 2) Paste the facebook profile url of the person you want to watch in the text field 3) Click the update button 4) Wait a second until the picture changes (The id value beneath the "Update" button should change as well.
=== When is the extension updating the image === All images are stored locally, so only a new image is downloaded, when there is a change detected.
The extension will check for an updated image on startup [of Chrome] and every time you click the extensions icon.
