This extension helps you to display element(s) on any configured site with a background colour..
The aim of the extension is to help the user easily differentiate various sites, other than looking at the site address.
For e.g.
developer/administrators have to routinely work with sites that they dont control (in terms of source code), but cant visually differentiate the sites when they are open in multiple tabs.
This opens up the possibility of accidentally performing an operation on a wrong site.
This extension helps you to prevent that.
You can basically highlight certain elements on a site with a specific background colour.
The selection criteria could be based on the elements id, css class name or just the tag name.
Once this is setup, the extension will always highlight this element with the specified colour every time you open this site in Chrome.
