The tool automatically detects names and shows icons that go directly to twitter pages.
You dont have to do anything except click on the icon to go to the Twitter page.
How it works: The tool automatically detects names and then displays links if a likely twitter page is found.
Not every page will have a converted name.
A maximum of five unique links are displayed per page.
