BioSeek Reader is a browser extension for Google Chrome™ which converts biological terms within unstructured text into explorable objects spot on. Each term is listed as a card on the side of your screen. All entities, such as genes, diseases, pathways, drugs, etc., related to the given term through articles, are presented in this card, organized in clickable groups. You can easily navigate further and explore connections without having to type and search. BioSeek Reader conducts semantic analysis based on which all synonyms, aliases, and old names of a given entity are linked to each other, thus all documents containing any of these designations are retrieved and listed, not only documents containing full keyword matches. BioSeek Reader recognizes more than 60 million terms. BioSeek Reader will bring the analytical power of our searching algorithm to any web source- a database, an online journal, etc. This version is compatible with NCBIs PubMed database, Nature Journal and: elsevier.com www.journals.elsevier.com onlinelibrary.wiley.com link.springer.com www.nature.com www.tandfonline.com insights.ovid.com pubs.acs.org academic.oup.com journals.sagepub.com www.mdpi.com www.sciencedirect.com www.frontiersin.org journals.plos.org pubs.rsc.org www.hindawi.com www.spandidos-publications.com www.jstage.jst.go.jp www.karger.com www.oncotarget.com www.thieme-connect.de www.msard-journal.com.
