Battery Notifier Chrome Extension

A small, configurable low battery notifier for Chrome devices.
This small extension provides 3 configurable battery notifications. They can be triggered by either

- percent of battery left, or

- estimated time left.

chrome os does not allow users to change the default notification, which seems to show at 1% power remaining.
