Text such as "KB0000001" and "INC0000001" will become a link to the kb article / incident in the Yale instance of Service Now. This works on all web pages (except google products).
kb links point directly to the KB Article. inc links point to the sitewide search (because there is no direct link to an incident by INC# in SN).
