Blue Robot Theme, inspired by the green theme Chrome Extension

Blue them from An unofficial Android™-inspired theme for Chrome. This is still beta.
This was a green theme and i kind of didn't like it because my favorite color is blue :) and didn't see anyone do that so why not me do that for you guys.
