Create Jira Link Chrome Extension

Click a jira ticket id (e.g.: XXX-123) and a pop-up with a link will appear..
Click a Jira ticket id and a pop-up with a link will appear. Leaves the original text unmodified.

To close the pop-up, either:

- press Esc

- click somewhere else

By default, the jira server used is https://issues.apache.org/jira, but you can change this on the extension options page (chrome://extensions -> Create Jira Link -> More Details -> Extension Options).
