There will be a new button at the top-right that says draft board. If the icon is red then there's a problem streaming the league data. If it's green then you're good to go. Click the button and your full-screen draft board will open in a new tab.

Remember, you need to keep the espn draft page open in a tab - otherwise the steaming will stop and your draft board won't get updated.
