ELMA - Elvanto Live Message Alert Chrome Extension

elvanto live message alert (ELMA) enables users to be alerted when a new message is received through Elvanto Live.
When ELMA is active on a citipointe.elvanto.com.au domain, any updates to the content of the live chat will trigger a screen flash. This screen flash can be configured as one of multiple colours through the popup menu.

Note: Currently the page flashes on load/reload. A future version will have a different mechanism of action to prevent this.
