Extend B-Stats! Chrome Extension

add extended stats for bleague.jp.
Bリーグ公式サイトのスタッツなどの表示を拡張します。

v0.0.4 現在の機能は以下の通り。

・STATSページでPPM（分あたりの得点数），RPM（分あたりのリバウンド数）を追加

・STATSページでカタカナ名選手の半角省略形に

・GAME詳細ページでレフェリーの昨シーズン主担当リーグをアイコンで表示

・いくつかの機能をOn/Offできるよう設定画面を用意

※まだまだ動作が不安定ですので，動作していないときはリロードなどしてみてください。
