Fas1t Bookmark Chrome Extension

Enables you to save bookmarks super fast..
I told the author of extension fast bookmark to update some a bug, but he had no any response.

So I cloned and refactored it.

Include such new features:

- hotkey to change the base dir when use the create new folder feature

- automatically adjust bookmark folder order by moving new to most front position

- sync data by using Chrome Storage api
