Gerrit Monitor with Groups Chrome Extension

Monitor your CLs on Gerrit, now with groups!.
This is built on top of gerrit monitor by sylvain defresne. It includes the option to add group names from Gerrit to additionally monitor in the extension. For example, if "[email protected]" is added in the options, the extension will attempt to include cls which have "[email protected]" as a reviewer.
