iShell allows to give commands to the browser by entering text into a special input box available by Ctrl+space key combination. You may create your own commands in javascript programming language. iShell is a descendant of mozilla ubiquity project. See more at the extension home page.

IMPORTANT: to use the Ctrl+space keyboard shortcut it may be necessary to manually reassign it in the chrome add-on management console and restart the browser. The keyboard shortcut configuration is available through the chrome://extensions/shortcuts URL.
