How to install

- Add this theme.
- Goto chrome://flags/#enable-devtools-experiments and enable "Developer Tools experiments".
- open developer tools settings, select the "Experiments" tab, and check "Allow custom UI themes".
- Reload the developer tools.
- The developer tools should now look "Magoony".
