4. You can take notes while in the live meeting. Every individual's notes will be saved in the meeting history of the room for future access at any time.

5. Meeting history with record of all meetings of the room, their date and time, people who attended it and all meeting notes by everyone

Note - office rooms work in integration with google hangout app and making or receiving the call will land you and everyone on the same google hangout link to connect further.
