adds read-aloud functionality to TweetDeck..
SpeakTweetDeckは、TweetDeck内に表示されたツイートを読み上げます。

# タイムライン毎に読み上げを有効化

読み上げを有効化するためのボタンが、各タイムラインのヘッダー(タイトル部分)に追加されます。

- ?: 読み上げ無効

- ?: 読み上げ有効

# 読み上げパラメーターを設定

ナビゲーターに追加された歯車マーク(⚙&?)から、合成音声の設定を変更できるメニューが開けます。

このメニューには、全体ミュートボタン、再生終了ボタン等も含まれます。

# 各ツイートに読み上げボタンを追加

ツイートに追加されたボタン(?)を押下すると、そのツイートを読み上げキューに追加します。
