Switchboard Connectivity Diagnostics is designed to diagnose various network connectivity issues.

It is an open-source fork of the connectivity diagnostics tool included in Chromium and Chromium OS, with full source available here:

It expands upon the tests provided in the original connectivity diagnostics tool to also test connectivity to some UDP-based services relied upon by connectify switchboard.
