После обновления системы сообщений в марте 2014

1) сообщения стали автоматически отмечаться прочитанными, если открыт и активен чат.

2) не издаётся звук входящего сообщения, если чат активен (например как и в скайпе).

эти 2 изменения многим не нравятся, поэтому предлагаю вам возможность опционально вернуть ручное управление состоянием прочитанности сообщений (мышью или началом ввода или холостым нажатием ctrl/Shift), а так же звук на входящие.

плагин позволяет как просто отключить все нововведения (на данный момент вк может работать как в старом так и в новом режиме), так и изменить поведение нового интерфейса.
