Introducing version 3.0: 95% less memory, 100% prettier

Version 3.0 brings about some major changes to my extension. First and foremost is that it now adheres to Google's 'material design' guidelines - it really looks quite nice now thanks to that!

Features (Version 3.0):

- material design implemented

- Re-imagining of extension design flow

- More accurate tracking of votes

- Limited charts to top 6 most voted subreddits to reduce clutter (but your stats are still tracked for all subreddits while a different solution is implemented for version 3.1)

- 95% less hard drive space used (hooray!)

- Resetting stats: reset your subreddit and global vote stats.

- CSV exporting

- Friends and nemeses (track who you up and downvote the most!)
