An extension to allow strava club leaderboards to show activities other than rides, runs or swims.

The new leaderboard can be seen on the 'Recent activity' tab of the club page.

The way that the activity 'icons' (bike. running shoe, etc) are displayed, was also changed, in a fundamental way, with "Rowing" now being display as "WaterSports", requiring further code changes to the extension.
