Just click the chat downloader for Ryver™ icon and it will automatically download all the chats in a specific chat category. Then you can now save the generated page as HTML for offline viewing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: I only see "Price not available" in the chrome web store

A: Google is not able to determine your local currency. Add &gl=us in the extension URL as a workaround.

Q: I want to pay using different currency to match my debit / credit card

A: Add &gl={country code} in the extension URL (e.g. &gl=us). If the currency doesn't change, it means Google doesn't support it. Use &gl=us instead

Q: Do you offer free trial?

A: No, but you can purchase and try it for atmost 30 minutes and still have an option to cancel your order without being charged. Refer to "Cancellation and refunds" found here: https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/1060830?hl=en

NOTES

• The layout for the downloaded HTML will ONLY work if you view it on the browser with an active installed chat downloader for Ryver™ extension.

• The extension was tested exporting at most 30,000+ messages and it is still working fine. If your chat history is more than that, you need a higher ram since the downloaded conversations are rendered first in an HTML page.

• Any major modification to ryver platform may affect this extension’s functionality, which may or may not result in discontinuation of support or update.
