Changes the URL of tickets and adds ?jql= at the end.
This extension makes use of the workaround provided in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-60118 and changes the url path, to fit the format <Base_URL>/browse/<Issue_Key>?jql= . This workaround is used to undo the removal of the sticky header when scrolling.
The extension adds the "?jql=" query string to all issue links from the jira.im-c.de domain, if the link does not contain a fragment tag anchor to a comment and the ?jql= is not already added, and redirects to the new link.
