Right Click Popup Chrome Extension

adds right click 'open as popup' option.
simple addition to the right click context menu while on a web-page to open the current page in a pop up window.

There's also an icon on the top right when clicked also opens the tab in a new window as a popup (no address bar, tabs, or bookmarks bar)
