What does it do?
Refreshes the queue for Salesforce's ticket web application "Lightning".
A button labeled as "Queue Refresh" will be inserted into the bar on the bottom the web page. Providing the user five options; "Never" refresh, Refresh every "30 seconds", Two minutes, five minutes, or fifteen minutes.
Why should I install it?
This feature isn't native to Salesforce.
