Appends "debug=1" parameter to the URL.
Very simple plugin to append "debug=1" parameter to the URL.
Usage:
Just install the extension and enter the URL in the Chrome omnibar/ addressbar and hit enter. The extension will automatically append debug=1 parameter in the URL before submitting it.
It won't show any icon on right of the chrome addressbar as I did not think it's that important. If you don't need it, uninstall it from the Extensions screen (Tools -> Extension).
Note: This is very specific extension I created for debugging a web application. Don't install if you don't understand what it does. Probably won't be useful for you.

Update(s):
Fixed a minor bug because of which the debug flag was not being appended in some environments.
